Alaris Labs, the developer of BSS solutions for wholesale carriers and interconnect departments of fixed and mobile operators, has changed the InVoice product development and delivery strategy. As of now InVoice system will be developed and sold as a suite of separate functional modules able to work independently from the basic system. It will give clients the freedom to deploy only those features and components they require for doing business and acquire additional modules depending on the operational demands of the company.

By dividing the product into separate functional modules, Alaris Labs enables operators or departments that already have an installed BSS system from other vendors to enhance it with particular functionality found in inVoice suite – advanced rate management, reporting, routing, roaming, CDR reconciliation and many other functional modules. Considerable integration efforts of Alaris Labs development team will provide for seamless interoperability of each module with third-party equipment.

Also it’s now possible to deploy a set of tools for each functional department. As an efficient tool for commercial department, the InVoice allows the sales managers always stay alert about important traffic pattern changes, effectively estimate new vendor offers and customer targets, and generate client rates and targets with a desired margin.

As a set of tools for NOC department, InVoice allows for effective monitoring of the system including statistics reports, monitoring of faulty destinations and automated testing of new and faulty destinations.

Financial departments will also find InVoice system a very convenient tool that provides for a complete control over the business owner cash flows being responsible for major financial reports, invoice generation and validation of charges and payment tracking.
