The tool allows for import of vendor ratesheets with the necessary adjustments to match any ratesheet format (carrier-specific parsing templates can be assigned) with auto-check for errors and fraud attempts. It is also possible to automatically upload rates received via email from an existing partner.
• Rate export tool lets the system owner convert the rates from the database into a partner-specific format and automatically email the rates to the recipient. It is also possible to configure rate update delivery once a customer rate plan has been changed.

• dialcode manager is a useful tool that makes the life of a rate manager much easier allowing for automatic parsing and combining of dialcodes squeezed from third party rate lists with the dialcode scheme adopted within the system.

• an extensive set of reference books allowing you to store and automatically use numerous types of carrier-related data including all typical agreement terms
• multi-level operator structure (support for branch offices) with all sensitive data secured by individual access permissions
• a powerful prepaid or post-paid rating engine with credit control and a quick rerating capability. All relevant rate details supported: multiple pricing levels (peak/offpeak/special), various billing increments, etc.
• an easy-to-use rate editor for individual or bulk rate revisions
• support for individual/shared rate plans for carriers with the rate plan inheritance option, quick setup of major service levels with per-customer exceptions
