The set of tools for the commercial department is aimed at sales managers and other members of the commercial team of a wholesale carrier.

There is a number of everyday sales-related operations that can be automated to make the work more productive.


Instant Analysis

It's more than just statistics. This tool allows the viewer to grab the print of the traffic patterns in a moment, since all the traffic summary is concentrated on a single screen page. You can choose to view details of any combination of any parameters of traffic on this screen. The statistics are displayed instantly, since all major parameters are pre-calculated in the background and the viewer does not have to wait more than a few seconds to get the needed slice of data on the screen.

The parameters available include all meaningful CDR fields received from the underlying switching equipment and are supplemented with rate and margin related characteristics.

The main convenience of this tool is instant visualization of any parameter of the traffic with any time step - from minutes to months, which helps you make both tactical and strategic decisions regarding your business strategies.


Third party offers / targets evaluation.

This tool allows for automatic evaluation of other carriers rates  (either vendor offers or client targets). The tool lets the user check them against either existing rates in the system database taking into account the actual traffic and margin statistics for the destinations in question. The comparison can be made against one of your standard customer pricing levels (i.e. wholesale or premium rates) to see how the new vendor or a prospective customer fits in. Automatic mapping of customer and supplier breakouts for this kind of analysis is done exactly the way the system will do it when routing calls, so you always get an authentic picture. Uploading and parsing of the suggested rates is easy and does not require any adjustments of the source ratesheet format. The import tool effectively parses new formats and stores the parser settings in the template list.


Own offers and target generation.

This tool generates offers based on the existing buy rates of the selected vendors present in the system and the desired margin percent. The targets are generated on the basis of the volumes and rates of traffic the system currently processes.


Dispute manager.

This tool makes it possible to automate dispute resolution. Disputes are a common thing when dealing with multiple partners with different billing and rating systems. Having accurate information about the reasons for differences in traffic calculations between yourself and your partner gives you freedom for bargaining and grounds for objections.
